Sewer Line Under Slab Repair in Nashville and Middle Tennessee
The service

Sewer Line Under Slab Repair, explained.

Houses built on a concrete slab have drain pipes buried beneath the floor. When one of them cracks or clogs with roots, the traditional repair is to break the slab, dig out the pipe, replace it and pour new concrete, along with moving furniture, lifting flooring and living in the mess.

Trenchless lining avoids most of that. From a cleanout or other access point, a camera finds the damage, the line is cleaned, and a liner or patch is cured inside the pipe. Where the damage is located under the slab and the pipe is still round, no concrete needs to be broken. If the line has collapsed or run out of slope, a targeted opening may still be needed, and we explain that up front.

Do you ever have to break the slab?

Sometimes a small opening is needed for access, or a collapsed section needs excavation. We explain that after the camera work.
